Refund policy
As an AS/NZS ISO9001 Quality Endorsed Company we at Baileys strive to provide the highest level of product quality, consistency and customer service.
We are confident our products will deliver the desired results, however, should you not be satisfied in any way, we offer a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a replacement or refund. It's always our first preference to replace the product at our cost.
To be eligible for a return, you must have the original packaging in which you received it, and the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at info@baileysfertiliser.com.au. We will ask you for the product batch number, located on the packaging, and the reason for the return. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label or organise a suitable time for pick-up for Perth metro customers.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right for you as soon as possible.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know the outcome of our investigation. If the refund meets the criteria above and you are not satisfied with a replacement we’ll refund on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
